In 2007, Six Flags aimed to hire more adult Team Members, and one way to attract them was to promote the flexible scheduling that was available to fit around everything else busy adults have going on in their lives. With this campaign, APS produced flyers, e-blasts, print ads, online banners and job fair displays.
